Our Cover

Our Property Owners insurance is designed for owners with residential, commercial or mixed portfolios of up to 10 properties, with a maximum sum of €2 million per property, that are let to individuals or companies. Whether you have a few residential properties or a small block of flats and an office, we're confident our Property Owners Insurance will fit the bill.

Features and Benefits

Every property is unique, so your insurance should be too. Our team will talk you through your options to help you find a policy specifically for your business. You can choose from four different sections, offering flexible cover which can be tailored to suit your needs.

Material Damage

Covers property against loss or damage caused by specified events, depending on what cover you choose to add to your policy.  Covers such as fire, theft and others. 

Rental Income

Covers loss of Rental Income through interruption of the business following any loss or damage insured under Material Damage. If you have selected this cover. 

Legal Expenses

Offers protection for your professional expenses incurred by you in any Revenue Investigation, Employer Compliance or VAT disputes regarding your business. Legal expenses incurred in pursuit or defence of certain property disputes are covered.

Liability Cover

Covers the amount of damages which you are legally liable to pay in respect of – Public Liability cover of €6.5 million and Employers’ Liability cover of €13 million as standard. If you have selected this cover.
