From the 1st quote I got online to calling customer service everything was absolutely flawless. Staff are ever so polite and will do anything they can for you. My Insurance went up a bit from last year and I called to query it and was able to get it back down again. I was very sceptical at first getting a great quote, this was the reason for the call but everything I had on my previous Insurance came in at a fraction of the cost. This is my 2nd year with An Post Insurance and I have recommended them to all my friends.

This is my second year insuring my car with An Post Insurance, which is unusual for me. Normally the premium in year 2 is much higher than year 1 and I insure elsewhere! Not so with An Post Insurance. I got a better quote and policy this year. Everything about the entire process was hassle -free. Simple payment method and I received my documents, including insurance disc, in the mail the next day! Many thanks to Craig for handling the transaction. An Post Insurance are definitely worth checking out when looking for car insurance.

Second year with An Post Insurance Car Insurance. The price is good, better than every other company I checked. Customer service is always friendly and helpful (I needed to call them for changing my insurance to a courtesy car and back several times), I never had a bad experience. I’d recommend!

I am new to An Post Insurance Car Insurance but the experience has been very positive so far. Competitive price, user friendly site and excellent customer service. Real humans actually answer the phone and are both willing and able to answer questions. Easy payment options. Documentation is emailed but there is also the option to receive by post. It is sent in a timely manner. I was late renewing as usual and still received my disc on time. Stress-free, user friendly and incredibly efficient. Aine Kenny was my agent - excellent 👍
