“Competition” is the An Post Insurance Smyths Toys Superstores Gift Card Giveaway Competition.
“The Promoter” is An Post Insurance.
“An Post Insurance” means One Direct (Ireland) Limited, trading as An Post Insurance having its registered offices at GPO, O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1, D01 F5P2. “Smyths Toys Superstores Gift Card” means the card that can be used at participating stores nationwide.
- This Competition is open to residents of Republic of Ireland who are 18 years of age and over except employees, immediate family members of such employees, directors, officers, or agents of An Post Insurance. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age, verifiable by birth cert, passport or driver licence only.
- This Competition will consist of An Post Insurance awarding a Smyths Toys Superstores Gift Card to the value of €200 to 4 (four) winners across Facebook and Instagram (“the Prize”).
- The winners of the Prize will be selected at random from the entrants.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Smyths Toys Superstores.
- This Competition will be posted on the Promotor’s Facebook and Instagram pages (“Competition Post”).
- To enter this Competition, entrants must like, add a comment and share this post.
- The Competition will run from 6 December 2024 to 13 December 2024.
- The Competition closes at 1pm on 13 December 2024. The winners of the Prize will be contacted via the social media channel which they entered the Competition. The winners of the Prize will be contacted after 1pm 13 December 2024.
- Only entries received via Facebook and Instagram will be eligible to enter this Competition. Entries received by any other means (including by hand delivery) will be invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should any entry fail to reach the Promoter due to a technical error or any other reason, is not received or is delayed, before the closing date for any reason. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof that the entry has been received by the Promoter.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person.
- If the winner of a Prize does not contact us via Direct Message on Facebook or Instagram within 24 hours of the message being sent, then the winner’s Prize may be forfeited and An Post Insurance shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their Prize, then the winners’ Prize will be forfeited and An Post Insurance shall be entitled to select another winner at random.
- An Post Insurance’s decision in relation to selection of the winners of the Prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding this selection.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend or amend the Competition with valid reason.
- There will be no cash alternative for the Prize.
- By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that the name of the winners may be displayed on the Promoter’s social pages following the conclusion of the Competition. The winners of the Prize are deemed to have consented to the publication of their name by participating in the Competition.
- The Competition winners may be requested to take part in Competition activities and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the entry, name, photograph and value of prize paid to the winners. No remuneration will be associated with this activity.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant with valid reason.
- In the event of circumstances beyond its control the Promoter may cancel the Competition.
- The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the Competition or the awarding of the Prize to the Competition winners unless such loss or damage was caused by the Promoter and which is a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.
- By entering the Competition entrants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Competition. Any breach of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification.
- The winners may not offer for sale or exchange the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Prize and Promotion if this term is not complied with.

- The Promotion will run from 23/10/2024 to 06/12/2024.

1. The Promotion will run from 1st August 2024 to 31st January 2025.

7. To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must submit a completed online entry form available at https://www.anpostinsurance.ie/win-a-car, enter their valid new Car Insurance policy number, answer the question, and complete the sentence set out at Term 6. All entries must be submitted online and received before 7th February 2025. There will be one winner of the Prize.
8. The winner will be the individual who correctly answers the question and, in the opinion of a panel of judges, completes the sentence displaying the most originality. The panel of judges will include at least one member who is independent of the Promoter.
9. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

“Overall Prize” is a €10,000 EZ Living Furniture voucher.

‘EZ Living Furniture’ means Terryland Furniture Centre Unlimited Company, trading as EZ Living Furniture providing furniture and interior design services having its registered offices at Unit 1C Briarhill Business Park, Ballybrit, Galway.
1. This Promotion is open to Eligible Customers 18 years of age and over except, employees, or family members of such employees, directors, officers, or agents of One Direct (Ireland) Limited.
2. The Promotion will run from 03 April 2024 to 30 November 2024.
3. This Promotion consists of the Promotor giving away 10 Prizes and one Overall Prize of a €10,000 EZ Living Furniture voucher to Eligible Customers.
4. There will be one interior design consultation given as a Prize each month from January to October 2024 and one Overall Prize of a €10,000 EZ Living Furniture voucher given in December 2024.
5. The Promotion for each Prize closes at midnight GMT on the last day of each month from April to October 2024. The draw for the Prize will take place on the first week of the following month. The winner of the Prize will be notified by telephone by An Post Insurance. 6. Each Eligible Customer can win only one Prize during the period of the Promotion.
7. Each Eligible Customer that wins a Prize is eligible to have the opportunity to win the Overall Prize. To win the Overall Prize you must answer the question below and complete the sentence “I deserve to win a €10,000 home makeover because…”.

8. To have the opportunity to win the Overall Prize, the winners of the monthly Prize will be invited to submit an answer to the question and complete the sentence, both set out at Term 7. 9. The winner of the Overall Prize will be the individual who correctly answers the question and, in the opinion of a panel of judges, completes the sentence, set out at Term 7, displaying the most originality. The panel of judges will include at least one member who is independent of the Promoter.

Terms and conditions of the An Post Insurance Aviva Multi Policy Loyalty Discount and Free Travel Insurance Promotion – Effective 24.08.2023
The Free Travel Insurance aspect of this Promotion will end on 01/11/2023, from which date One Direct will no longer give the Free Travel Insurance on any policies being incepted following a quotation being obtained or a renewal offered. For the avoidance of doubt, any Free Travel Insurance dedicated web page link issued prior to this date will be honoured in accordance with these terms and conditions.

“Activation Policy” means an Eligible Policy held by you other than your Anchor Policy
"Anchor Policy” means your Eligible Policy with the earliest start date

“Eligible Policy” means a car insurance policy and/or a home insurance policy provided by An Post Insurance and underwritten by Aviva.
“Free Travel Insurance” means a Multi-Trip European Travel policy underwritten by Chubb European Group SE
“One Direct” means One Direct (Ireland) Limited, trading as An Post Insurance having its registered office at GPO. O’Connell Street Lower, Dublin 1, regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland
“Renewal or New Policy Documents” means the documents issued to customers of An Post Insurance confirming annual cover on an Eligible Policy
The Offer:
This offer (“Offer”) is provided by One Direct (Ireland) Limited. If a customer, buys or renews at least one car insurance policy and at least one home insurance policy with An Post Insurance, each being an “Eligible Policy”, we will give you 15% off each of your Eligible Policies (“Multi Policy Loyalty Discount”) and a free Multi-Trip European Travel policy which is valid for one year (“Free Travel Insurance”).
Terms and Conditions:
- An Post Insurance reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this offer or any of the terms or conditions thereof at any time without prior notice.
- In order to qualify as an Activation Policy, your Eligible Policy must be a home insurance policy where your Anchor Policy is a car insurance policy; or a car insurance policy where your Anchor Policy is a home insurance policy. For the avoidance of doubt, both policies cannot be the same type of policy.
- To be eligible for the Offer, you must be a new or existing An Post Insurance customer with a home insurance policy and a car insurance policy, with a start date or a renewal date for either your Anchor Policy or your Activation Policy which is on or after 06.12.2022
- Eligible Policies must be issued to the same postal address.
- The Offer applies to customers who purchase their Aviva Insurance Ireland DAC home and motor policies from An Post Insurance only.
- The Offer is subject to a minimum premium €355 or €325, depending on the policy underwriter for car insurance , €240 for home insurance and €120 for Contents only or Building only insurance.
- Where your Anchor Policy or Activation Policy is cancelled by you and no other Eligible Policies held by you qualify as both an Anchor Policy and Activation Policy, the Offer will no longer be applicable to your existing Eligible Policies.
- Once incepted any existing Free Travel Insurance will continue in force until its nearest renewal date, at which time the policy will no longer be offered free of charge.
Multi Policy Loyalty Discount:
- The Multi Policy Loyalty Discount will be applied to your premium on the next renewal or start date of each Eligible Policy after 06.12.2022
- Your Anchor Policy and Activation Policy must be active on the renewal or start date of an Eligible Policy for the Multi Policy Loyalty Discount to be applied to that Eligible Policy.

- The Multi Policy Loyalty Discount is not applicable to Mid-Term Adjustments and will not be recalculated until the next renewal date.
Free Travel Insurance:
- Free Travel Insurance is arranged, administered, and underwritten by Chubb European Group SE. The Offer does not guarantee your automatic acceptance for the Free Travel Insurance. It will be subject to Chubb’s normal underwriting acceptance criteria which you will be required to confirm when redeeming your policy.
- The Free Travel Insurance must be issued in the name of the Anchor Policy policyholder or Activation Policy policyholder (“Policyholder”) and is non-transferable.
- Free travel Insurance will apply to the Policyholder, Spouse or Partner and up to 7 children of the Policyholder. Children must be under the age of 18 (or under the age of 23 and in full time education).
- The Free Travel Insurance policy is valid for a term of one year and is not subject to renewal as part of the Offer.

- In order to be entitled to receive the Voucher as part of this Promotion, you must have received a Car Insurance quote over the phone from An Post Insurance and have mentioned the term ‘car wash’ to the An Post Insurance agent or you must have received an email or SMS from An Post Insurance referencing this Promotion which included a link to obtain a quotation online for Car Insurance from An Post Insurance between the dates of 16th January 2017 and 31st January 2025 (this being extended date from the original terms and conditions)
- After you receive your Car Insurance quote, as set out above, you be sent an SMS from An Post Insurance containing a link to your Voucher. An Post Insurance will aim to issue these Vouchers every Tuesday and Thursday. However, please note that there may be occasions where a delay occurs in the issuing of the Vouchers. This may be caused for example, by a bank holiday, or some other unforeseen delay.
- The Voucher must then be presented at a participating Circle K for use. A list of participating Circle K sites can be found at https://www.circlek.ie/station-search.
- Subject to these terms and conditions of use available at https://www.circlek.ie/circle-k-service-station/car-wash-services/car-wash-programs this Voucher entitles the bearer to receive only one of the following complimentary car washes; any car wash, brush or jet.
- Circle K garages offering car washes can be found by searching for ‘Brush Wash’ and ‘Jet Wash’ facilities at www.circlek.ie/service-station/site-locator.
- Please note this promotion excludes all Circle K Express Stores highlighted in the Circle K Site locator at https://www.circlek.ie/station-search
- By presenting this Voucher to Circle K for use, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use and Circle K car wash terms of use available at https://www.circlek.ie/circle-k-service-station/car-wash-services/car-wash-programs
- The Voucher is valid for use up to and including the date on the Voucher.
- After this date, the Voucher will no longer be valid and cannot be used to benefit from the Promotion.
- You must present the Voucher when you arrive at the participating Circle K site before redeeming the car wash.
- The Voucher can only be used for one car wash transaction.
- The Voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- The Voucher is non-transferable, cannot be sold and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Circle K retains the right to refuse to accept or redeem any photocopied, damaged, forged or defaced Vouchers.
- Car washes are subject to availability and opening hours.

Governing Law - This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These terms and conditions do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
