The security of your online insurance payments is paramount to us. We in An Post Insurance have made some precautionary online payment changes.

From September 2022, we are no longer asking you to pay for your insurance through a link in an SMS or email. As a result, we have disabled this payment link.

You can still pay securely by visiting the Existing Customers section of our website (anpostinsurance.ie). You will be able to make your payment within seconds. All you need is your policy reference number (included in our last SMS or email to you), and your date of birth.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused but assure you that this safety measure will help ensure your payments to us are not intercepted by scam artists and cyber criminals.
