You may have received an email from us on 13th March providing an update on our ability to provide service to our customers.

Since this update, we have been working hard to get our customer service representatives set up and working from the comfort of their own home.

Both our staff and customers are of the utmost importance to us here at An Post Insurance and to that end, we now have the capability to provide service without endangering the safety of our workforce.

Now, there will be times where there could be some delays, but we urge you to bear with us, we will assist you as quickly as we possibly can.

We’ve changed our opening times for telephones agents, but we’re still online 24/7!

Our new business phone lines are still open, but delays are possible as our staff concentrate on helping existing customers.

New Call Centre opening hours:
Monday – Friday:         09.00am to 5pm
Saturday:                     10:00am to 2pm
Sunday:                        Closed

We have a great online facility for Car, Home and Travel customers which allows customers to get a quote and buy a policy online in minutes, hassle free.

Your documents will then be made available online or via email.

We know you have other, more important matters to tend to, so this facility will allow you to get back to them promptly, with the peace of mind that you’re covered.

Happy with your Renewal and just want to pay?

An Post Insurance issue emails and SMS to customers who are due to renew which includes a link to a renewal payment facility. Follow this link, all you need is credit or debit card details, yes, it is that simple. Your documents will be made available online or via email.

Direct Debit Default Fee’s

An Post Insurance don’t charge for direct debit defaults. This is one thing that won’t change during these difficult times.

Our customers are facing many worries these days, we don’t want unnecessary fees to be one of them.
