“The Promoter” is An Post Insurance.

“Prize” means a €100 Petstop Limited voucher for use with participating retailers. The Petstop Limited gift voucher is issued by Petstop Limited, 379759, Unit 2b, Westend Retail Park, Dublin 15, Dublin D15 E032.
“Pet Insurance” is An Post Insurance Pet Insurance is arranged and administered by Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited and underwritten by Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions Europe B.V. for and on behalf of the insurer, Zavarovalnica Sava d.d. ('Sava'), Slovenia. Sava are regulated by the Insurance Supervision Agency of Slovenia E.U. and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for conduct of business rules. Cover-More Blue Insurance Services Limited is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
This Promotion is open to residents of Republic of Ireland who are 18 years of age and over, except employees of An Post Insurance or family members of such employees, directors, officers, or agents of An Post Insurance. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age, verifiable by birth certificate, passport or driving licence only.
The Promotion will run from 27/07/2026 to 30/09/2026
This Promotion consists of An Post Insurance giving away five (5) Prizes of a €100 Petstop Limited Voucher to five (5) new An Post Insurance Pet Insurance customers.
To be eligible to enter this Promotion, you must purchase a new An Post Insurance Pet Insurance policy between 27/07/2026 to 30/09/2026.
This Promotion is subject to the An Post Insurance Pet Insurance eligibility criteria.
The winner will be selected at random from the entries.
The draws will take place in October 2026. The Prize winners will be notified by email and/or telephone by the Promoter. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the selected Prize winners using the email address or phone number that An Post Insurance have on file. Where no email address is held, the Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact the selected Prize winners. In order to win the Prize, the selected winners must contact the Promoter within 7 days of the Promoter attempting to contact the selected winner to advise that they have been selected.
The winner must claim the Prize within 7 days of notification. In the event that the Prize is not claimed after this time it will lapse, and the Promoter may offer the Prize to another entrant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
There will be no cash alternative for the Prize.
To be eligible for this Promotion the Pet Insurance policy must remain active beyond the first 14 working days of its start date.
The winner may be required to take part in promotional activities, including, the publication of their entry, name, photograph of the winner and value of the Prize on the Promoter’s social pages. No remuneration will be associated with this activity.

“Promotion” is the An Post Insurance Action24 Home Alarm System Promotion.
“The Promoter” is An Post Insurance.

“Action24 Home Alarm System” means the Action24 Home Alarm System offering available to An Post Insurance customers which consists of An Post Insurance customers who purchase a Home Insurance Policy being able to avail of the following from Action24:
- 7 alarm sensors at a cost of €0;
- 50% off the cost of any additional sensors or smart devices required; and
- Payment of a monthly security monitoring fee by any Home Insurance Policy customer, wishing to avail of the offer, to Action24 for a fixed term contract of thirty-six (36) months for 24/7 security monitoring and maintenance. This monthly cost will be a minimum of €29.95, paid by direct debit, and the cost is determined at the time of booking the installation and will depend on the elements included in the alarm system package such as sensor quantity and cameras.
“Action24” means Action Alarm Control 24 Limited, trading as Action24, having its registered address at Unit 1C, Three Rock Road, Sandyford Business Pack, Dublin 18.
“Home Insurance Policy” means an An Post Insurance Home Insurance policy.
- This Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 years of age and over. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, verifiable by birth cert, passport or driver licence.
- The Promotion is subject to An Post Insurance Home Insurance Policy underwriting acceptance criteria.
- This Promotion is an offer by An Post Insurance providing customers who take out or renew a Home Insurance Policy with the opportunity to avail of the preferential Action24 Home Alarm System home security offering provided by Action24 by contacting Action24 or by arranging a call back from Action24 through An Post Insurance.
- To be eligible to avail of the Promotion you must fulfil each of the following Eligibility Criteria:
1) Purchase a new Home Insurance Policy or renew a Home Insurance Policy with An Post Insurance between 22 January 2026 and 31 December 2026, and then:
- Contact Action24 on 01 297 3333 to arrange a quotation for the Action24 Home Alarm System with Action24, and clearly state that you have your Home Insurance Policy with An Post Insurance; or

2) Enter into a fixed term contract of thirty-six (36) months with Action24 for the provision of the security monitoring service on the terms and conditions therein contained including monthly payment to Action24 during the thirty-six (36) month contract term. The monthly cost will be a minimum of €29.95, paid by direct debit, and is determined at the time of booking your installation and will depend on the elements included in your alarm system package, as set out above. This thirty-six (36) month term will form part of a contract between the Home Insurance Policy customer, at time of purchase or renewal, and Action24.
- For the avoidance of doubt, those availing of this Promotion are not obliged to remain An Post Insurance Home Insurance policy customers for the term of the thirty-six (36) month fixed term contract with Action24. That thirty-six (36) month agreement will be a contract between the individual availing of this Promotion and Action24.
- The Promoter is in no way responsible or a party to any contract which is entered into between any individual or customer of the Promoter and Action24 for the provision of home security services, including the Action24 Home Alarm System.
- Specific terms and conditions will apply to the Action24 Home Alarm System offering which will form part of the contract between the customer and Action24 and which will be communicated by Action24.
- These terms and conditions do not affect the Promoter’s rights under the An Post Insurance Home Insurance Policy terms and conditions to cancel any Home Insurance Policy.
- Where a customer specifically requests it, either by asking a representative of the Promoter to arrange a call back from Action24 for the customer, or by a customer inputting their own details into the call back request form located at www.anpostinsurance.ie/home-insurance/action24-home-alarm-system-offer for the purpose of requesting a call back from Action24, the customer acknowledges that their personal data, including their name, email address, and contact phone number, will be submitted to Action24 in order to fulfil the call back request and related follow up communications by phone and email.
- This Promotion is limited to one per household.
- The Promoter reserves the right, with valid reason to disqualify any applicant, to add to, amend or waive any rule and, to cancel or to extend the term of the Promotion at any stage.

- This Promotion consists of An Post Insurance offering 20% cashback of the cost of the first year’s Funeral Insurance Policy to eligible customers. The customer’s monthly premiums for the first 12 months of the active policy must have been fully paid.
- To avail of the Cashback Offer you must purchase a new Funeral Insurance policy following receipt of a Funeral Insurance quotation by one of the following methods: -
- Calling An Post Insurance on 0818 22 22 22 for a Funeral Insurance quotation and mentioning the promotional code ‘Cashback’.
- Upon receiving a Funeral Insurance Policy quotation from an outbound call made from an An Post Insurance sales advisor and mentioning the promotional code ‘Cashback’.
- By clicking the link provided in the An Post Insurance Funeral Insurance 20% Cashback Email and purchasing your policy online through anpostinsurance.ie.
- The Funeral Insurance quote for this Cashback offer must be completed by 21/08/2026.
- The Funeral Insurance policy must be purchased by 31/08/2026.
- In order to qualify for the Cashback Offer, following the policy purchase, the policy must remain active for at least 12 months, and all monthly payments due within that 12-month period must be paid.
- Once the Funeral Insurance Policy is still active, and all monthly payments have been paid, the Cashback Offer will be sent by cheque, within 40 days after the end of the 12-month qualifying period.

“Keycare Insurance Cover” means administered by Keycare Assistance Limited and underwritten by MAPFRE ASISTENCIA Compania Internacional De Seguros Y Reaseguros, S.A., trading as MAWDY.
“Policy” means an existing An Post Insurance Home Insurance Policy
“Renewal Offer” means an offer made by An Post Insurance, offering existing customers the opportunity to renew their Policy for a further 12 months.
“Welcome Pack” means a document packed issued directly by Keycare Assistance Limited to An Post Insurance customers who participate in this promotion which will include a welcome letter, policy booklet, IPID, brochure, and fob for customers' keys.
The Promotion
- The Promotion is open to An Post Insurance Customers 18 years of age or older who holds a Policy with An Post Insurance and the Policy term has at least 3 months remaining from its expiration.
- This Promotion is not open to employees of Keycare Assistance Limited.
- The Promotion will provide you with 3 months complimentary Keycare Insurance Cover, which will be applied to your Policy 3 months prior to the expiry of your Policy.
- Claims made under the Keycare Insurance Cover must be made directly to Keycare Assistance Limited and all claims will be processed and decided by them.
- You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to Keycare Insurance Cover. See our Keycare Policy Booklet.
- We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse to apply the Keycare Insurance Cover to any Policy or renewal Policy.
- There will be an option to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover if you are issued with a Renewal Offer for the Policy . An additional charge of €19.95 (including Government Levy) will be applied from the renewal date of your Policy if you decide to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover from the renewal date of your Policy. The Keycare Insurance Cover will then be applied for the full duration of your Policy.
- If you choose to retain this product you will be charged €19.95 (including Government Levy) for this optional extra, it is not mandatory that you retain this optional extra to continue with your home insurance cover.
- When your Policy is due for renewal your option to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover will be communicated to you in the Welcome Pack, Renewal Offer Policy documentation, by SMS and by our staff if you should contact our call centre regarding your Policy.
- If you do not wish to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover from the renewal date of your Policy, you must advise An Post Insurance to remove the Keycare Insurance Cover before your renewal date. This instruction can be provided by phone by calling 0818 33 33 35 or by email at [email protected].
- If you do not put us on notice, as set out above, that you do not wish to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover then, the Keycare Insurance Cover will be automatically applied to your Policy subject to underwriters approval, from the renewal date and the €19.95 (including Government Levy) charge will be applied to your Policy
Limitation on An Post Insurance’s liability
By availing of this Promotion, you agree that An Post Insurance accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you due to oversights or delays in running this Promotion.
An Post Insurance reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any Policyholder, to add to, amend or waive any rule without prior notice and, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel this Promotion at any stage.

“Portal ” means the online will writing portal provided by Arag which provides DIY will templates.
“Arag ” means ARAG Legal Protection Limited having it’s registered offices at Europa House, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2.
ARAG Legal Protection Limited is authorised and regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland.
“Funeral Insurance Policy” means an An Post Insurance Funeral Insurance policy, underwritten by New Ireland Assurance Company plc.
This Promotion is open to anyone who has taken out a Funeral Insurance Policy, resident in the Republic of Ireland. The Funeral Insurance Policy underwriting acceptance criteria will apply.
This Promotion is an offer by An Post Insurance providing customers who take out a Funeral Insurance Policy with the opportunity to avail of complimentary access to Arag’s online will writing service Portal.
- To avail of this promotion customers must:-
- Purchase a Funeral Insurance Policy between the following dates 1st June 2022 to 30th June 2025, and;
- set up an account on the Portal using their email address and a password at Legal Documents (arag.ie).
- Once a Funeral Insurance Policy is purchased and the first monthly payment has been processed, customers will be provided with a unique promotion code (by email or post) for use on the Portal.

- The customer acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Portal by the customer is governed by Arag’s terms and conditions and that An Post Insurance have no liability in relation to the use of the Portal by the customer.

Kaufman Group Europe BV, trading as Cranbrook, on behalf of the insurer, Sava Insurance Company.
- This Promotion is open to anyone 18 years of age or over.
- The Promotion is subject to An Post Insurance Pet Insurance underwriting acceptance criteria.
- To be eligible to avail of the Promotion you must take out or renew a Pet Insurance Policy with An Post Insurance to have the opportunity to receive a complimentary 2kg bag of dog food from the Red Mills Leader dog food range or complimentary 2kg bag of cat food from Red Mills Winner cat food range, plus a money off voucher for the purchase of another bag of pet food from the same range. The money off voucher is €6 off a 6kg bag or €10 off a 12kg bag of Red Mills Leader dog food range or €3 off a 2kg bag of Redmills Winner cat food range.
- To avail of the Promotion, you must fulfil the following criteria:

- you must have received an email or SMS from An Post Insurance referencing this Promotion which included a link to obtain a quotation online for Car Insurance from An Post Insurance between the dates of 1st May 2026 and 31st October 2026.
- After you receive your Car Insurance quote, as set out above, you be sent an SMS from An Post Insurance containing a link to your Voucher. An Post Insurance will aim to issue these Vouchers every Tuesday and Thursday. However, please note that there may be occasions where a delay occurs in the issuing of the Vouchers. This may be caused for example, by a bank holiday, or some other unforeseen delay.
