In these terms and conditions:

“Promotion” is the An Post Insurance ‘Win €10,000 Home Makeover/Design Consultation’.

“Eligible Customer” means those customers who purchase a new An Post Insurance Home Insurance Policy between 1st January 2024 and 31st October 2024 and comply with these terms and conditions.

“Prize” is one interior design consultation with EZ Living Furniture interior design services to be given to one Eligible Customer each month for ten months. 

“Overall Prize” is a €10,000 EZ Living Furniture voucher.

5. The Promotion for each Prize closes at midnight GMT on the last day of each month from April to October 2024. The draw for the Prize will take place on the first week of the following month. The winner of the Prize will be notified by telephone by An Post Insurance. If the winner does not respond to Post Insurance within 14 working days of being called by them, then the winner’s Prize may be forfeited, and An Post Insurance shall be entitled to select another winner. If the winner rejects their Prize, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and An Post Insurance shall be entitled to select another winner for the Prize.

6. Each Eligible Customer can win only one Prize during the period of the Promotion. 

7. Each Eligible Customer that wins a Prize is eligible to have the opportunity to win the Overall Prize. To win the Overall Prize you must answer the question below and complete the sentence “I deserve to win a €10,000 home makeover because…”.

8. To have the opportunity to win the Overall Prize, the winners of the monthly Prize will be invited to submit an answer to the question and complete the sentence, both set out at Term 7. Details of how to submit an answer to the question and complete the sentence will be provided to the Prize winners after the final Prize draw in November 2024. 

9. The winner of the Overall Prize will be the individual who correctly answers the question and, in the opinion of a panel of judges, completes the sentence, set out at Term 7, displaying the most originality. The panel of judges will include at least one member who is independent of the Promoter.

10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winner of the Overall Prize will be notified by telephone by the Promotor in December 2024. The Promotor will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner on the telephone contact number that An Post Insurance has on file. In order to win the Overall Prize, the winner must be available to take the call from the Promoter, or if not available to take the call, must return the Promoter’s call within 7 days.

12. If the first selected winner is unavailable to take the call and fails to return the Promotor’s call within 7 days of the notification, then another winner will be selected by the judges.

13. The winner of the Overall Prize must claim the Overall Prize within 7 days of notification. In the event that the Overall Prize is not claimed after this time it will lapse and the Promotor may offer the Overall Prize to another entrant in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion.  

14. To be eligible for this Promotion the policy must remain active beyond the first 14 working days of its start date.

15. By presenting the voucher to EZ Living Furniture for use, the Overall Prize winner agrees to be bound by their terms and conditions of use which will be provided to the winner with their Overall Prize.

16. There will be no cash alternative for a Prize or Overall Prize. 

17. The Promotion winners may be required to take part in promotional activities, and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the entry, name, photograph and value of prizes paid to the winner. No remuneration will be associated with this activity.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant or to amend these terms and conditions with valid reason. 

19. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel the Promotion at any stage.

20. Details provided by Eligible Customers as part of this Promotion will be retained by An Post Insurance for the purpose of administering this Promotion.  This information will not be used or retained for any other purpose unless otherwise requested by you. 

Limitation on An Post Insurance’s liability: By participating in the Promotion, you agree that An Post Insurance accept no responsibility for loss, damage suffered by you arising from this Promotion unless such loss or damage was caused by the Promotor and which is a foreseeable result of the Promotor’s breach of these terms and conditions or their negligence. Evidence of loss or damage will be required.

Terms and conditions of the An Post Insurance Aviva Multi Policy Loyalty Discount and Free Travel Insurance Promotion – Effective 24.08.2023

The Free Travel Insurance aspect of this Promotion will end on 01/11/2023, from which date One Direct will no longer give the Free Travel Insurance on any policies being incepted following a quotation being obtained or a renewal offered. For the avoidance of doubt, any Free Travel Insurance dedicated web page link issued prior to this date will be honoured in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Offer:

Terms and Conditions:

• An Post Insurance reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or amend this offer or any of the terms or conditions thereof at any time without prior notice.

Multi Policy Loyalty Discount:

• The Multi Policy Loyalty Discount will be applied to your premium on the next renewal or start date of each Eligible Policy after 06.12.2022
• Your Anchor Policy and Activation Policy must be active on the renewal or start date of an Eligible Policy for the Multi Policy Loyalty Discount to be applied to that Eligible Policy.

• The Multi Policy Loyalty Discount is not applicable to Mid-Term Adjustments and will not be recalculated until the next renewal date.

Free Travel Insurance:

• Free Travel Insurance is arranged, administered, and underwritten by Chubb European Group SE. The Offer does not guarantee your automatic acceptance for the Free Travel Insurance.  It will be subject to Chubb’s normal underwriting acceptance criteria which you will be required to confirm when redeeming your policy.
• The Free Travel Insurance must be issued in the name of the Anchor Policy policyholder or Activation Policy policyholder (“Policyholder”) and is non-transferable.
• Free travel Insurance will apply to the Policyholder, Spouse or Partner and up to 7 children of the Policyholder. Children must be under the age of 18 (or under the age of 23 and in full time education).
• The Free Travel Insurance policy is valid for a term of one year and is not subject to renewal as part of the Offer.
• The Free Travel Insurance policy cannot be substituted for cash or an alternative policy.
• Free Travel Insurance may only be redeemed once per household per year.

Jurisdiction:

The terms and conditions of this Offer are governed by Irish law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be dealt with exclusively by the Irish Courts.

This Promotion is open to anyone who has taken out a Funeral Insurance Policy, resident in the Republic of Ireland. The Funeral Insurance Policy underwriting acceptance criteria will apply.

This Promotion is an offer by An Post Insurance providing customers who take out a Funeral Insurance Policy with the opportunity to avail of complimentary access to Arag’s online will writing service Portal.

• To avail of this promotion customers must:-
  • Purchase a Funeral Insurance Policy between the following dates 1st June 2022 to 30th June 2024, and;
  • set up an account on the Portal using their email address and a password at Legal Documents (arag.ie).
  • Once a Funeral Insurance Policy is purchased and the first monthly payment has been processed, customers will be provided with a unique promotion code (by email or post) for use on the Portal.

“Welcome Pack” means a document packed issued directly by Keycare Assistance Limited to An Post Insurance customers who participate in this promotion which will include a welcome letter, policy booklet, IPID, brochure, and fob for customers' keys.

The Promotion

• The Promotion is open to An Post Insurance Customers 18 years of age or older who holds a Policy with An Post Insurance and the Policy term has at least 3 months remaining from its expiration.
• This Promotion is not open to employees of Keycare Assistance Limited.
• The Promotion will provide you with 3 months complimentary Keycare Insurance Cover, which will be applied to your Policy 3 months prior to the expiry of your Policy.
• Claims made under the Keycare Insurance Cover must be made directly to Keycare Assistance Limited and all claims will be processed and decided by them.
• You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions applicable to Keycare Insurance Cover. See our Keycare Policy Booklet. 
• We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse to apply the Keycare Insurance Cover to any Policy or renewal Policy.
• There will be an option to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover if you  are issued with a Renewal Offer for the Policy . An additional charge of €12.60 (including Government Levy) will be applied  from the renewal date of your Policy if you decide to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover from the renewal date of your  Policy. The Keycare Insurance Cover will then  be applied for the full duration of your  Policy.
• If you choose to retain this product you will be charged €12.60 (including Government Levy)  for this optional extra, it is not mandatory that you retain this optional extra to continue with your home insurance cover.
• When your Policy is due for renewal your option to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover will be communicated to you in the Welcome Pack,  Renewal Offer Policy documentation, by SMS and by our staff if you should contact our call centre regarding your Policy.
  
• If you do not wish to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover from the renewal date of your Policy, you must advise An Post Insurance to remove the Keycare Insurance Cover before your renewal date. This instruction can be provided by phone by calling 0818 33 33 35 or by email at [email protected].
  
• If you do not put us on notice, as set out above, that you do not wish to retain the Keycare Insurance Cover then, the Keycare Insurance Cover will be automatically applied to your Policy subject to underwriters approval,  from the renewal date and the €12.60 (including Government Levy) charge will be applied to your Policy 

Limitation on An Post Insurance’s liability

By availing of this Promotion, you agree that An Post Insurance accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or disappointment suffered by you due to oversights or delays in running this Promotion.

An Post Insurance reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any Policyholder, to add to, amend or waive any rule without prior notice and, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel this Promotion at any stage.

Neither An Post Insurance nor its affiliates are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to the complimentary offering.

“Pet Insurance Policy” means an An Post Insurance Pet Insurance policy (excluding Gun Dog Pet Insurance), An Post Insurance Pet Insurance is arranged and administered by Blue Insurance Limited and underwritten by H.W. Kaufman Group Europe BV, trading as Cranbrook, on behalf of the insurer, Sava Insurance Company.

• This Promotion is open to anyone 18 years of age or over.
  
• The Promotion is subject to An Post Insurance Pet Insurance underwriting acceptance criteria.
  
• To be eligible to avail of the Promotion you must take out or renew a Pet Insurance Policy with An Post Insurance to have the opportunity to receive a complimentary 2kg bag of dog food from the Red Mills Leader dog food range or complimentary 400g bag of cat food from Red Mills Supreme cat food range, plus a money off voucher for the purchase of another bag of pet food from the same range. The money off voucher is €6 off a 6kg bag or €10 off a12kg bag of Red Mills Leader dog food range or €3 off a 2kg bag of Redmills Supreme cat food range.
  
• To avail of the Promotion, you must fulfil the following criteria:

   

  1) Purchase a new Pet Insurance Policy or renew an existing Pet Insurance Policy with An Post Insurance (excluding Gun Dog Pet Insurance) between 01/01/2021 to 25/11/2024.

This promo code will be provided to you by An Post Insurance by email within one week of your policy purchase or renewal.

  3) Select one bag of pet food from the range of options available to you.

  4) Enter your address to facilitate the delivery of this pet food.

  When this is completed Red Mills will organise the delivery of your chosen pet food option plus your money off voucher toward your next purchase to the address provided. Any delivery cost for the complimentary bag of Dog or Cat Pet food will be borne by Red Mills. If you use the money off voucher, delivery charges may apply.

• The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any applicant, to add to, amend or waive any rule without prior notice to the entrant and, to cancel or to extend the term of the Promotion at any stage.

• After you receive your Car Insurance quote, as set out above, you be sent an SMS from An Post Insurance containing a link to your Voucher. An Post Insurance will aim to issue these Vouchers every Tuesday and Thursday. However, please note that there may be occasions where a delay occurs in the issuing of the Vouchers. This may be caused for example, by a bank holiday, or some other unforeseen delay.
• The Voucher must then be presented at a participating Circle K for use. A list of participating Circle K sites can be found at https://www.circlek.ie/station-search.
